Starting the beginning of 2021, all DREI BOND adhesives and sealants will receive a UFI (Unique Form Identifier).
We offer our customers the most modern test procedures. With this in mind, we test the compatibility with the adhesive on the customer's order and product. In addition, we check the media resistance (e.g. gear oil), the aging resistance, the mechanical strength and the dosing capability. We also offer that customer parts can be automatically wetted with adhesives or sealants for the first time on our test dosing systems.
The services related to the product are just as important to us as the products themselves. For this reason, we not only offer our customers the manual gluing of prototype parts, but also the first, machine-dosed and glued components. In addition, we also manufacture small series in our own technical center where we automatically, and repeatably, apply glue or sealant on customer components. The DREI BOND service and spare parts team offers a worldwide system repair service as well as the right spare parts. In addition, we are also available to our customers for virtual service. Through video call, our service technicians can provide assistance worldwide in the event of system malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
Our team from DREI BOND product and application development brings the right DREI BOND adhesive and sealants with the appropriate DREI BOND dosing technology. The DREI BOND dosing quantity control (DMK-QS) is a system that controls the dosing process. It reliably detects the dosing amount as well as monitors for dirt and air bubbles in the sealant. The control system notifies the worker in the event of malfunction or damaged areas. The DREI BOND DMK-QS, therefore, acts as a quality assurance tool.
DREI BOND offers its customers not only complete systems, but also dosing components. These dosing components can be integrated in almost all existing systems as well as robot-based systems.
