Process Monitoring / Quality Control

With the in-house developed and patented DMK / QS®, pressure, time and temperature of the entire system are monitored during each dosage and deviations from the individually defined norm are reported. Further options such as sensors, laser monitoring and camera systems from various leading manufacturers can be integrated into the ongoing process at the customer's request, e.g. to check the position and height of an adhesive bead online.
